SRT-4

I just want peoples opinion on the car, I was at a dealer 2 weeks ago in my hunt for a LS1, and stumble up on a SRT-4 in a show room, inside is ok but i have not yet test drove one.
Dont know if i should invest in a brand new SRT-4 and get Stage 3 in spring which will give me around 355hp, this car seem to be very impresive from what i have been reading on the SRT forums.

BTW 1 thing i know that a stock one will smoke my car of right now so i'm kind of leaning to it, but i have long time to think this stuff over since i dont have the cash to spend on a new car.

My opinion...It's a frickin neon. You realize this. It's a NEON. Sure, it performs really well for what it is. However, it's a NEON.

And does anyone want to make a bet that James comes in here and mentions a type of "sexyness". :mad:

Well, for around $20,000 you get a car that will:
1) run mid to high 13's
2) drive through rain and snow
3) seats four people comfortably
4) MOPAR offers upgrades
5) it is NOT an import

they hold no value whatsoever...they depreciate faster than our cars...not downing the car, just saying your not gonna get anything back out of it...and I do agree, it is just a damn neon...fast or slow, it will always be a neon.

I'd like an SRT-4. Faster than my car and is easier to mod with that turbo already installed.

Not to mention the ability to pull some HOES. I treat my Camaro as a 2 seater [img]smile.gif[/img]

I'll be the first to say that it is still a neon, with a ton more power, better handling/brakes, better seats, etc. It makes for a great daily driver, along side my Neon R/T. You're fairly close, I can take you for a ride in mine, and let you drive it a bit....... if the dealer won't let you test drive.
