im stil trying to figure out freaking laws in california, nothing online so far, i tried calling the local pd but no help there... maybe i need to be more stern lol....

i need to know if black outs are illegal, what the laws regarding nitrous are, if revving is infact illegal/burning out.... and why... and license plate placement....

i know some stuff about license plate placement but like it doesnt state about being behind glass or anything, and nothing about being under the car haha... like on the air dam lol..

private property don't even count. Know several people who got tickets for that on PP. Unles you get a lawyer and fight to the gills, the judge will still rule against you.

I know one guy who got a ticket for burning out in his own drive way.

Blackouts - legal
Nitrous - I don't know that one, I'd say illegal
Revving - I don't think so
Burnout - illegal, exhibition of speed, wreckless driving
License plate - one is needed in a "clearly visible spot" or some crap like that. Some people put them in the front window, but they don't stick well in the dash of a firebird

There are rules for everything. Even how you are suppose to diaply your plate.

Stop crminals from getting away with crap.

also most newer cars have so much plastic in then, the plate is needed for them to get a good radar off you.

Nitrous is illegal, they will give you a fix it ticket and make you take it off, and make you pass a smog test thru the CHP and also they will test to make sure your car is leagal to drive <license plate placement, etc>
I will take on all comers...or come on all takers!!! Whichever you prefer.
