[sarcasm]Nah, that cant be, cause according to people on this site, performance is represented by a Corvette, not a Ferrari. [/sarcasm]

First time I ever saw the Pacesetter logo, I wondered why Ferrari hasn't sued them, or vice versa.

Umm, as far as I know, Pacesetter has been using that particular logo for many years (at least 8, I believe and more than likely more, that's just the first time I saw it.)

And Ferrari's only been using it for 50 or so years.

I wasn't trying to establish who had rights to the logo by the period of time, only that if it is truly farthardy's logo, they would have sued by now. 8 years is a long time for something to go unnoticed. ;)

just an fyi for you guys that worship ferrari and lambos and other italian supercars, they are amazing for a very short time. My dad has a friend with several lambos and ferrari's and has his own mechanic just to keep them running. They do not hold up. corvettes have their own problems but they number much less and aren't as expensive reocurring problems.
