damn, that sucks man.. yeah, i had similar probs with my first f-body in a wreck... i hit quite a few things with the front and rear end, at good rates of speed and neither air bag deployed. glad to hear you are alright though..

I was on my way to the track Friday evening for Friday night racing and just about 2 miles from the track, the skies oppened up and it poured. I hit a patch of standing water on the road and hydroplaned. I swerved right and left to try to gain control and hit a tree head on. I am okay, nothing hurt, but my poor camaro was not as lucky.
I will have to wait for the insurance person to look at it tomorrow to say if it is totaled or not.

WARNING, do not drive in pouring down rain with drag radials. Not a good idea.

                        :(

Ouch sorry man, yea I'm fairly certain it's totaled. Wanna pull that PCM for me? Sorry couldn't resist.

I'm very sad to see that, buyback depending on price may be worth it to part it out......

I did find a stock purple 96 V6 t-top camaro for $3800 with 76K miles on it. I may just use the insurance money I get to buy this car and I do the engine, transmission, rear end, PCM swap from the wrecked Camaro. My G/F's uncle owns a shop and will not charge me labor at all. Only parts.

Nachius, I am really sorry about this. I remember you saying you wanted me to buy the car because you knew I would take care of it. I let you down. I am truly sorry.

accidents happen, don't feel too bad, just remember driving in the rain can be tricky...

I have had tons of "oops" in the rain but always got out lucky.
