What kind of subs are they? You say one of them is fine...i might be interested in the one. I just blew both of my 12's a couple days ago.
Well, I have blown 3 so far. I lit the rf he2 on fire in the bon fire, one of the kicker l5's I sent back to get another one, when I blew the second one, I punch the cone to see if it would move(the cone was froze) I just cracked the cone. I took the magnet off of it and threw the rest away.

\"Well, we don\'t care how bad-*** some dude\'s N/A Honda S2000 motor is; if you go up against 900+ pushrod ponies and 750 pounds of earth-shaking torque with a wrong-wheel-drive econobox, you\'re gonna get a fast and furious old-school ***-whipping.\"

if it's the surround (an easy fix), or the cone itself, use epoxy.
the coil fix is a bit more involved
i dunno whats wrong with it
all I know is when bass tries to hit it sounds like there is a piece of cardboard stuck in the side of the speaker </font>
yeah, sounds like the coil is misaligned in the cylinder. ouch...that's a pretty tough fix (not expensive though, just tricky)
All my old subs are sitting in my closet I have about 4 of them just laying around.
