Anyone good with Photoshop/Paintshop?

Can anyone tell me how to photoshop flames onto my car?? I have a really nice sideview of it, but no idea how to use photoshop.. I'm getting my car repainted, and getting flames put on it, I'm wanting blue flames, either solid or maybe faded dark to light or light to dark? Can anyone help me with this?

my best advice to you would be to find a picture of a car with a similar paint job, and perhaps a similar angle and then cut the flames off the car int he pic, then re apply them on a new layer on your picture, might look a little funny but thats the only easy way I can thinkof

ok pathogen, thanks.... CrosX thats something like I what I want, only would be on the hood as well, but that gives me an idea on what the red and blue will be like!!
