i have a 1997 v6 camaro, its got all the same performance and style upgrades that the rs and other packages, just not factory. so if i put rs badges on it is it like posing? or is that ok. its not like they are z28 badges so i thought it would be ok

ur car isnt an RS, so dont put RS badging on it, simple as that... its an RS clone, if anything, so put RS-clone stickers on it, or just go stealth [img]smile.gif[/img]

He has everything it takes to make it an RS, so if they beat him, odds are they will beat a real RS.

Go for it. It doesn't matter. People seem to need constant reminders that the 96-97 RS is the same thing as all the other base model V6's out there with just one addition: the ground effects and spoiler. As long as you have the ground effects/spoiler, no one would probably ever second guess it.

The RS ia only an appearance package, so as long as you have all the GFX, i'd say it's fine.

badges in general are stupid. i like my cars smooth and clean. i'm going to repeat what others have said the RS is not by any means faster than the regular camaro
