• For all you skinny people MUST READ!

This is not an advertisement but in a way it is but really it isnt im just helping you guys out.

I weigh 128 pounds, im 6' feet.

Im a pole, I dont eat and drink right. I dont exersize right, I feel helpless to gain weight... but...

http://www.fastmusclegain.com/

OMG, iv been following this guys routine for 1 week now and I gained 4 pounds. I didnt work outmuch so its probably more fat, but I dont care cause I need to just put on some meat.

I didnt buy this guys book but i may soon. his website lists basic things that people should do if you are a hard gainer. It's common sense... i feel so dumb.

1.)Drink half to 1 gallon of water a day.

2.) Eat 5-6 small meals a day. all protein, carbs, and stay away from sugars like baked goods that use mostly flour that is simple carbs.

3.) Try to consume 2500 calories per day.

4.) Work out moderately. day 1 Work out - day 2 rest - day 3 workout day 4 rest - instense workouts with heavy weights no more than 1 hour in that pattern.

I'v been doing this **** for a week and wow, my eyes are no longer sunkin in and I can feel my body getting bigger.

Now that my girlfriend broke up with me and I got my bipolar under control, i can follow this routine for the summer. When i see that b*tch at the end of the summer I can show her what she is missing out on

6ft tall and 128lbs?? you are a pole lol. I'm a little over 6ft and weigh in currently at 183lbs average. 4 lbs come and go daily for me actually. I've been lifting for years but use to be a pole as well. use to weight 160lbs when I played soccer and track. So i still had a lot of muscle weight. Since HS though I haven't been keeping up with the running and started lifting more. Just don't over do it other wise your burn your and eat away the muscle.

but i know how you feel my cuzin always told me , man i would do so much with your size. It took home about a year and a half of training religiously and researching on diet and supplements, but he went from 5'11" and 140lbs to about 200lbs mostly in muscle.

but you cant stop cuz you still eat like a wieght lifter after stopping lifting weights. me and my cuz can atest to this

6'2" 160lbs here. I have super high metabolism so I actually eat more than most two people combined but dont gain weight. I read an article called the gain a pound a day program or somethin like that. You just replace meals with a double quarter pounder meal from McDonalds. Just the burger has two thirds of a daily amount of calories. Then we havent even counted fries yet.
Also if your going to work out regularly, I heard that weight gainer stuff from GNC works pretty well.

I had a Fast Metabolism once too. It doesn't last forever so watch out! I'm 25 now and about 3 years after HS I had to start watching what I eat and make sure I get a cardio workout. I lift weights at least 3 times a week.

I had a diet of ~5000 calories a day, half gallon of milk, as well as powder milk mixed in = supermilk lol...

That and hard workouts for ~3 months, I put on 20-25 pounds, granted some of that was waterweight, but...as far as strength goes...

I added 60 lbs to my bench
100 lbs to squats

...and a lot of stuff I don't remember...but it worked!

around 3-4 months ago I was pretty skinny too: 6 feet, 150 lbs. My girlfriend is a saint and started making me pancakes and eggs every morning. I'll eat other things during the day as well, but filling up in the morning really helps. Then later in the day I work out. I usually work out about 5 days a week. Lots of bench press, shoulders, arms, abs, etc.

I managed to gain ~15 lbs of muscle (to bring me up to 165) and I didn't lose my 6-pack. Eat lots of protein and LIFT WEIGHTS. Don't be doing toning stuff either, do minimal reps with as much weight as you can lift. This will help to build muscle, not just tone the muscle you have. Energy drinks before a workout help too..I usually drink a Monster (green variety) or a Sobe. Anything with lots of taurine in it helps imo.

oh btw, judging from the pictures on her site I'm pretty certain kristen is a girl.. ;)

1.)Drink half to 1 gallon of water a day
Not to mean any harm to you or anything... But if you are drinking a gallon of water a day and nothing else you're going to be in serious trouble... No I'm not a doctor, but I have taken medical classes for the last 6 years, and am starting EMT/Paramedic school in 2 months... If you're going to be drinking that much water, you need to be drink powerade, or atleast the Propel water.. And here's why:

You drink nothing but water all day, and say you drink a gallon of water and thats it, you're going to go to the bathroom more, right, and you're body isn't going to make the electolytes it needs to function, and you're going to lose things you need.. sodium.. potassium.. Do this long enough and you're body doesn't get that its essential just like killing your self....
Make a long story short, even it out.. If you drink the water, drink something like powerade and coke every now and then.
