You drink nothing but water all day, and say you drink a gallon of water and thats it, you're going to go to the bathroom more, right, and you're body isn't going to make the electolytes it needs to function, and you're going to lose things you need.. sodium.. potassium.. Do this long enough and you're body doesn't get that its essential just like killing your self....
Make a long story short, even it out.. If you drink the water, drink something like powerade and coke every now and then. </font>
WRONG
The reccomended intake of water Total water intake at the reference level of 3.7 liters (1 gallon) for adult men and 2.7 liters for adult women per day covers the expected needs of healthy, sedentary people in temperate climates.
Coke? Are you kidding me? You know how bad soda is for people? It's acidic. It ruins your teeth, i used to love coke, but it ruined 3 of my teeth, they have been capped. Sports drinks give you what you need but are not reccomended if you eat foods with sodium in them already.
The kidneys of a healthy adult can process fifteen liters of water a day. You are unlikely to suffer from water intoxication, even if you drink a lot of water, as long as you drink over time as opposed to intaking an enormous volume at one time. As a general guideline, most adults need about three quarts of fluid each day. Much of that water comes from food, so 8-12 eight ounce glasses a day is a common recommended intake.
I eat lots of tuna, pork, steak, chicken.
Today I weighed myself, I gained another half pound. I should probabyl start lifting weights soon before I get fat.
I'v found out that people lift too much too.
My friend has been lifting for 3 years, he isnt much bigger than me, he is well toned but he still looks scrawny. He lifts for 3-4 hours every other day. He is just killing his muscles. Eventually he will get huge but not for atleast another 3 years. There is ways to gain massive bulk in just 1 year. But you have to be dedicated. You cant stop eating. I'v found tha doing heavy weights and low reps 4-5 sets, then rest a day, then lift again. And also make your main course meal the one before you goto sleep. I'v found this method to build muscle fast. My arms throb but I can feel them growing, its nuts, its the best feeling in the world. next to sex
