Okay I have a friend who just text messaged me that she got arrested last night for a DWI. I don't know full details but for some reasons shes asking me for advise. I'm assuming she has to go to court for a appearance and everything. Any help would be appreciated.

tell her to get a lawyer... usually, they dont get ya too bad on a first offence, but if she has had prior dwi's tell her to DEF get a lawyer. You dont need to yell, just talk sternly...
