I hate this

I have completely different work schedules then my wife, i hate it. I work 6-2 she works 2-10, i havent really seen her since weds and i wont get a full day with her until weds/thurs . its tearing me up, i cant stand it having to go 6 days and seeing her all of 10-15 mins a day. Its hard, you get that sick feeling from having to be away from her. Then i feel bad cause it makes me angry when she wnats to go out with her friends on fri/sat after work and I cant see her cause i gotta get up at 5am to trot to work. I just feel like our work schedules are going to tear up our relationship somehow, I tried to switch schedules to nights but the only thing they would give me is 3rd shift which would hurt us more. She tried but the only way for her to switch to days is to go down to 30 hrs and we cant afford that. Im just ranting cause i want too see her and i cant. You never realize how much you love someone until you cant see them 85% of the time

I have the same problem with my girl, man. She goes to school during the day and works at night, I work during the day and go to school at night we maybe see each other for 4 hours during the week each day only thing I can suggest is make time happen at least on the weekend, works for us.

Distance makes the heart grow fonder, they say. I had to deal with the same situation a year ago with my Wife. Not good times, but then she'd crawl in bed and I'd poke her with the nightstick... [img]tongue.gif[/img] Make the best of the time you have together (I know, so cliche) and don't transfer any stress to her, it won't make things any better. Try to work through these hard times and the two of you will be stronger for it.

I would love that. I only see my GF about 6-10 hours a week, and I love it. I want to marry her once I get into the military, so that I will seldom be around her. When I spend a lot of time with someone, I want to kill them. Seeing someone only once or twice a week is great.

What the hell happened to you 97chevy? I remember like 2 years ago, when you were the original CV6 thug. Where is your hideaway liscence plate now? [img]graemlins/rofl.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/rofl.gif[/img] I still laugh about that thread sometimes. I was a noob at the time.

I'm not saying that your 180* turn into the proletariat world is a bad thing; I guess we all have to grow up sometime.

Old school ****, im married with a kid now. Kinda kicks you in the face and you change without even noticing it. Im still known to add my sly comments at times though
