OK, so what they're trying to tell us is that they get around 70MPG on diesel? Kinda cool, but is it worth the initial $16K investment to get ran over by a Ford Excursion?

I wouldn't drive it... it's like driving a motorcycle.... except if you get hit while riding motorcylce and wearing protective gear, you have much higher chance of surviving than if you get hit and crash in that tin can.

My brother's friend's mom works for M-B and she got one of those as a test car. She let my brother and his friends drive it. He said it's like driving a go-kart. His knees were almost touching the steering wheel. Not very fast, either.

You obviously have never been in a motorcycle accident, or even seen one for that matter...the only thing protective gear is gonna do for ya is if you hit the pavement....it wont help you if you hit a car, a wall, a bus, anything your body can still seperate in two.....you have a much lower chance of doing so in that little tin can.

Haha, it tells how good the gas mileage is, and then I see an ad for the GMC Envoy on the bottom.

I've driven the turbo diesel and turbo gas version.

Both were a frigin BLAST to drive!!!

I had SOOO much fun driving it.

I'm not sure how well it would do in a car accident with your typical SUV out there.... I haven't seen any wrecked ones at work... yet.

You'd be picking it out of the SUV's tire tread like it ws a rock stuck in there.
