Since when in this country can you only vote for one of 2 candidates?? It's sad to see that the older generation still doesn't get it. Oh well. I hate Kerry. I thiink Bush will still be as ignorant as before. So my vote goes with Nader/Camejo.

Have you even looked at the other candidates...they are a ****ing joke...one party would pull all our armies from all over the world ASAP...one would get rid of federal income tax and use tariffs to pay for it while getting rid of free trade agreements...if Nader got elected and could actually get something passed through congress about 90% of companies would be shut down for polluting too much. I'm wondering how in the hell all of those people got on the ballots...some of them have such outrageous views I'm wondering where in the hell they grew up and if they even graduated HS and took any sort of economic or political classes.

I don't think any of them have dreams of winning. Just dreams of stealing votes from the two main parties which they do a decent job at. And its usually the democrats that pay for the main secondary parties. So rock on obscure parties, do your dirtiest to help Bush win lol

all that the other parties prove to me is that the old saying,"Anyone can be president in this country" is almost accurate..it should be,"Anyone can run for president in this country and screw the main parties out of important votes."

It's not always the Democrats that the third parties take votes away from. Perot of the reform party swayed a lot of votes from the Republicans in 92 and 96. Teddy destroyed the Republican ticket in 1912 by forming the Bullmoose party, which practically handed the presidency to Wilson. I'm not positive whether Debs took a lot of Democratic votes or not, but he ran for president an insane amount of times. Even in jail he took some 900,000+ votes.

As a matter of fact the only major player in ruining the Democratic ticket I can think is Nader. I'm sure there's more, but I think the Republicans have taken the brunt of the damange from third parties.

I'm going to vote for either Kerry or write in Jon Stewart.

Bush and the policies of the current party in power are destroying the hegemony of the United States. They are undermining the future of our country. I do not want to be able to tell my grandchildren stories about when the US was the most powerful nation on earth.
