its the opposite of a truck...
I am in orlando... but near UCF I'll let you sit in my car and mess with the seat. We have car meets at ucf on wed nights... I have been busy with work recently but not sure when I will alwayss make it out to the meet.
As for power, its faster then alot of cars on the road so don't worry. May not be a speed demon but aveage passenger car its peppy.
Its not hard to see out of I actually think its easier to see out of a truck. I know being high up people think they can see better but imo you don't. You still have big blind spots in trucks.
Only time you will have issues in a comaro, is when you are making a left out onto a major road and have to angle the car in the median. Its hard to see oncoming traffic if you don't angle your car right.-Eric
2000 NBM V6 Camaro 5-speed T-top converted
14.467@95.45mph $0 in mods
The member formerly known as MustangEater8251

And stick to 96-97. They have a more powerful motor (3.8L) Some 95s came with the 3.8 but they were only sold in like 2 states. Other then those few the 93-95 came with a 3.4L engine, which is considerably slower. There is fast, too fast, and way too fast. Way too fast is almost fast enough.

Yeah, my Camaro feels like a boat most of the time to me as well. But that's because I drive the rx7 around 95% of the time, and that thing is TINY. I would never trade my Camaro for anything, except maybe a new one. But even then I think I'll be keeping it. It's too reliable. I bought it when it had 35k miles on it, and now it has 82k miles. The only things that I've had to do for it were brake pads all around, window motor twice (bought a reman. the first time), plugs and plug wires, belt, and bulbs. I absolutely love my car. For being a 6, it has plenty of power, and I can't complain about insurance or gas (I can go from shrevepot, LA to ft. Walton Beach, FL ~600 miles on a tank). That seems really high to me right now, but I've done it a few times with my wife. Good luck with the purchase, and you'll be happy!2000 silver A4 Camaro
Whisper lid; Free Ram Air; BMR stb; MSD super conductor wires; Gatorback belt?
1986 RX-7 (daily driver)

Get what you want and like.. Dont listen to the get a v8 its way better then a V6 talk.. The V8 is better in performance, the V6 is a better all around car.. It has good performance, great gas miles, cheap insurance, the 3.8's respond well to mods, and buying parts are cheaper IE uses less oil, only six spark plugs, you get my drift.. The LS1/LT1 cars are great cars dont get me wrong( I have 2 LS1's right now), but I had the most fun in my V6, it was alot easier to work on, Got 30+mpg on the highway, and was just a all out better car driving everyday then my T/A's are.. Its your choice..Jeff ..

I'm liking this one, but don't know if it's too much money. I Kelly Blue Booked it, and they say 11,200, which makes me wonder what they're smoking, but whatever. If I can talk him down a little, I can definitely do this one...

Actually visibility is pretty poor in f-bodies compared to other cars, but it really isn't a problem. I love mine, I drove it brand new with less than 100 miles and now it has 62k. It's a very reliable car: the worst problem I've ever had was a bad catalytic converter. Look for one with a little less mileage than 90k if you can. Good luck.
