  • How Stefan (indirectly) helped my kids

Hurricane Frances has caused our local publlic schools to be closed at least through next Monday. However, our kids are still getting their education, thanks to K12 (www.k12.com).

We had bought some K12 materials as supplements to our kids public school education. The K12 materials have been especially useful during this unexpected interuption of the school year.

We've been very pleased with K12.
I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

Sounds like a responsible parent to me...My mom and dad did the same thing when crap like this came up. Gotta have quite a bit of respect for a parent that is involved in thier kids education. Most parents would let thier kids sleep till noon, watch cartoons all day and be idle doin nothing like kids want to do. Besides, Im sure theyre not teaching 6 ot 7 hours worth of class. Probably just an hour or 2 which wouldnt hurt ANY kid.

</font>[/QUOTE]We all still do this...However life seems to fly by too fast if you do this consistently. Besides its harder to get **** done during the day if youve slept half of it away. Being that Im a little older now..it just doesnt seem like a productive way to go through life. Id rather be up at 730 or 8 and that way ive got all day to do whatever I need to.
