Like I told Dr. Squirts, at the time there were others saying things a LOT worse than anything I could ever come up with, and somehow they didn't get suspended....strange, isn't it?

    And what really gets me is the ones that never even get so much as a warning for post whoring or anything (and we ALL know who I'm referring to here!!) and from what I've seen of "his" posts, he has yet to say anything that even relates to the topic at hand. Then, on the other hand, I'm the one getting suspended. I'm not being conceited or anything, but anyone who says I haven't made at least somewhat of a contribution to this board is either a fool or a liar. You have no idea how furious it made me to be suspended when there are so many others doing worse things than me and make hardly any contribution to this board whatsoever. If you're gonna suspend me for some little trivial crap, at least be fair make it the same way for everyone.
    </font>
You weren't the only one, bro. Tehre's been other people suspended for acts like that. What got me was, you probably haven't read the sticky at the top of gen tech, that specifically talks about no personal attacks on people. You made one, I warned you. You made another, as well as one on me, and that was all she wrote...

    Ooooh, 10 day suspension, boo hoo! There was a point in time where I didn't have access for 10 days.... boy it about broke me :rolleyes:

        </font>
Well, you're half right. One of these so-called attacks was actually in response to someone attacking me. If you had read the previous posts before you blindly suspended me you would have seen that. I don't want to call any names, but did you see Hawgs getting suspended? Hell no. Can we say "favoritism"??

        And these 2 so-called personal attacks were in 2 entirely different threads less than 5 minutes apart. I never even got the warning until after I had already been suspended!! Intelligence was overflowing that day, I tell ya!

        10 days?? Try damn near 3 weeks. It took forever to try to get SOMEONE to tell me at least how long I was gonna be suspended. The only answer I got was "I don't know, but Stefan does", which seemed to me like this person knew but didn't have the balls to tell me.

        But anyway, what's done is done. Thumbs up to Stefan for getting me back in, and I have a finger up to you, but it's not my thumb.

        You might think I'm being bitter (you should, I do...lol). But if you were in my shoes you'd be bitter too. As I recall, the so-called "attack" that got me suspended was the one when you said something smart about a post I had made, and then when I said something back somehow I got suspended. If it had been me, I would have been man enough to handle the situation without suspending someone for defending themself.

                    Ya, the older you are the worse it hurts and harder it is to recover, and I remember every painful minute! I took so much liquid hydrocodone it did nothing for me after a while. The valium they gave me before surgery was nice though...

                      I've never had it before either, I was always told that if you havent had it by a certain time you'll never get it.

                            My brother used to get it quite often...One possibility, per someone my bro works with, an ex nurse, is that with my brother getting it so often, because i was a carrier but never got it, I had quite an antibody buildup to it. Well, my bro moved out about a year ago...so I really may not have had those antibodies built up anymore...just a thought.

                            and memphis, let it go. Please.

                              Fine with me, as long as you get the point that if you take a shot at someone, don't act surprised when they swing back. 'Nuff said!
