this has got to be a really easy thing to do, I just don't know how.
I need to shrink an extremely large picture down to a manageable size (2.4ghz is bogging I can't imagine what a 56k internet connection would do)without screwing up the picture.

right click on the picture from your documents... then click edit. it will prompt you to a paint screen. go to the top and go to image... and you'll stretch and skew click on that, and use the top two boxes. i usually go 50 and 50 but you can make it smaller if you want.
