great sound
but the suck donkey nuts in reliability
ive had experiences with 3 sets of headphones
1 being my own
and 2 of them were blown within a month or two
is there a good replacement?
Originally posted by StrtRacer98: yeah they do sound good, but a friend of mine blew his also... he purchased some by SanDisk.. and they fit the ear better and sound just as good.
do you know what kind?
best buy recomends some sony ones, but idk which ones they are
Yup mines blew too. They're not that good in terms of sound quality either and the same replacement ones cos like $35 and they didn't even have them in stock when I went to buy them, so I just went with some cheap $15 white earbuds and they worked fine, but i ripped them. Now I just use black sony in ear headphones, at least they give you a bit of bass.
that was the brand name, SanDisk, im really not sure where he got them from though...
and they were kind of funnel shaped instead of the big round ones.
I always hated earbud headphones, so when I got my iPod, I still used the headset that came with my first MP3 player. I actually plan on getting some Bose Triport headset at some point. Those earbud headphones are a nuisance and I never liked things in my ear.

True dat.
I have a SanDisk MP3 player and the headphones that came with it are earbuds. They're not horrible by any means and do stay put, but i just feel better with the headset style headphones. Guess i'm just old school

I bought these while I was deployed back in '04. They fold up and come with a pouch. The sound is decent and they're an open-air design. (You can still hear everything around you fine). I've been quite happy with them, and like I said, I've been using them for over a year
well alot of places that I am a headset is not an option
I am looking for something similar to the ipod earbuds, just better quality
I may try those sony ones that wrap around although I would prefer just regular ones
