  • Drove a mustang

Drove my uncle's mustang today, he has a 2001 GT if im not mistaken, its the body style before the new one so it is a newer mustang. I have to say I was very disappointed with it. I honestly feel sorry for him, his wife drives a 2002 firebird v6, youd think hed get a clue. =D Main point that Im getting at here is even though I have a v6 camaro, in my opinion its a wayyyy better car.

Was an auto and im guessing thats why, I rode in my cousins mustang, I think it was around the same year i know it was the same body style. It was a stick and it pulled alot better but still wasnt anything special. Needless to say, I never liked mustangs but never rode in one and now that I have rode in one and drove it, I have settled on my dislike for them.

It is a GT and I know itd beat my car but driving it sucked, was uncomfortable and 1st gear and 2nd gear were weak. Just something I wouldnt intentionally buy, someone would have to give me one and then id sell it for cash to go buy whatever.

I guess that is why ford had to make the Cobra and the Mach 1. I've heard several people say the GT was a disappointment. The good thing about it though is a nice platform to build on. After-market performance stuff for those cars are plentiful
