I started working at Annin, which is the largest flag maker in the US. Its really an easy job. All you do is start the pattern for the flags and get the machine going then stand around making sure the machine works right and that ink is not bleeding onto parts of the cloth it is not suppose to. You do get a good amount of ink on you but that I can handle. Good time to get rid of some old clothes. I am starting as a temp and in 3 weeks they will decide weather or not to take me full time. Right now I am making $7 an hour and the guy I am working with has been there 9 months and is making $11 an hour so its not bad at all.

It was really cool seeing all the flags. I started out making medium sixe texas state flages and moved on to american flags. The line beside me started out making large POW MIA flags, then several other state flags, then a flag for some europen race team.
