Be smart!! If you get in to a huge bar fight, chance of cops showing up is good. I'd recommend finding who this guy is. Then do it straight kiddnapping style jump him bind him up, take him to remote location. Make him sit excution style, tell a buddy to get a "gun" but don't actually bring one, just make him think your buddy is standing behind him with the barrel to the back of his head.

Then make him beg for his life. Make him beg for you to beat the **** out of him. Then do it.

nah thats to illegal. abuction will get you a felony charge. just beat the p*** out of him the old fashion way. alot more effective. unless they break out a gun.. then its a prob. be careful if the dude would stab your brother hes likely to do something worse.

just get some rope, kick his a$$, and take his clothes and tie him to a street light post on a busy street.

Yeah but if he and his frineds find this guy and his friends at a bar. Bar fight, I don't know about your all's town but cops in huntingtonn can show up quick!!

So we never plan to "find someone" buy hitting the bars. Assault, isn't that jail time??

If you jump this guy like some unexpecting place (work, home) through him in the trunk. Take to remote location, then you can have fun and **** with his mind before you beat the **** out of him.
