\"Well, we don\'t care how bad-*** some dude\'s N/A Honda S2000 motor is; if you go up against 900+ pushrod ponies and 750 pounds of earth-shaking torque with a wrong-wheel-drive econobox, you\'re gonna get a fast and furious old-school ***-whipping.\"

OH MY GOD!! i live down the road from this guy. maybe i should drive down there, find him and bish slap him.
and when it comes to shipping certain things like hoods painted, that is just plain wrong. when i bought my mecham spoiler, they explained to me that they could not garauntee the paint during shipping. it makes sense. that is why everything comes readt to paint.

at first i thought there might be some drugs in the hood, but after reading where he is from, all i can assume is................ he is not mexican. so, maybe there is drugs in the hood.
                  there are in my hood............neighborhood.
6s.......under the hood or under the belt, they just dont cut it.

Hoods that much are not uncommon. My dads body shop hes worked at for 20 years now (hes an automotive painter btw), just got in a Viper. Whole front end was totaled. New hood = $15,000

still a rip off. i bought an oem SS hood at a salvage yard perfect condition for $800. the dealer wanted $1400. so tell me how you justify a $3000 TA hood.

                        Hmmm...

                        Ebay OEM hood $3k.

                        SLP Hood Approx $900
                        Other Fiberglass hoods Approx $800

That much for that hood is UNCOMMON and insane. It had better come packaged in vintage playboys and silk for that price.

I don't have the Firebird parts manual with me but a new Camaro SS hood, straight from GM, costs $1,898.
