Police Hit Man in Genitals With Taser

(11-22) 14:54 PST Fort Myers Beach, Fla. (AP) --

Police accidentally hit a naked man in the genitals with a Taser after he was caught breaking windows and asking women to touch him, authorities said.

Jeremy J. Miljour, 26, tried to run away when sheriff's deputies approached so one of them shot their Taser, said Cpl. Matt Chitwood. But one of the gun's prongs accidentally hit Miljour's genitals and got stuck, Chitwood said.

"The Taser is relatively accurate, but when someone is moving like that, it doesn't matter if you have a Taser, or a pistol. (Officers) can't aim," Chitwood said.

Miljour was treated at a hospital before being taken to the Lee County jail. He was charged with indecent exposure, resisting an officer and criminal damage.

was it a tazer that shoots the barbs out kinda deal or did he reach out and get him in tha junk? Either way, must have been a horrifying experience.

I've taken a Tazer ride when I got certified to carry one. The pain is probably close to the worst pain you can feel. The good thing is once it's over it's over. There is no after pain except if you are shot with the barbs they definitely hurt coming out. Luckily I got to use alligator clips attached to my shirt instead of getting stuck with two painful barbs. Don't run from the police unless 50,000 volts and 19 pulses a second sounds appetizing. :eek:

Personally I think the officers aim was "right on".
Yea sad part is lawyers will probably sponge of this one too.
