Does it look like he maybe wasnt wearing his seat-belt? I wonder if he had, if it would have made a difference.

Jesus...very disturbing to say the least. This is why drinking and driving is not legal.

My prayers go out to the parents of the passenger who died.

The passenger died from his head going out side window on impact and hitting that window frame. Look at the second pic.

thats what made me wonder about seat belt. Would his head have flown out the window with the seat belt on? It might have, I dunno

and of course as always, the driver walks away unharmed.

doesnt look like a seat belt. happened a year ago. driver didnt 'walk' away, he was cuffed and drug away in a patrol car, being that he was drunk.

they were drunk, young, and drifting in a residential neighborhood. just stupid.

That looked like a damn nice Camaro too.

I hope you all take this as friendly advice. We ALL drive and have driven when we shouldn't. We ALL have done stupid things behind the wheel. Let's just think a bit about how the world might change one second after impact.

Anybody who drives like this or even sits in the passenger seat while a friend "drifts" drunk around a residential neighborhood like that deserves to be off the road and not putting the rest of us in danger. I'm not sorry for the passenger, he was probably just waiting for his turn to play. Now, if they killed a 6 year old kid in his front yard, then I'd be sorry for somebody.
