Which would you rather encounter on a roadway, a drunk driver or a stoned driver? and which do you guess is the charge with the highest penalty?
Just curious...
I know many people who have driven stoned numerous times with a flawless driving record, however of the people I know with DWIs it only took one or two times to drive drunk and f*ck up.
You need to add another choice that says "I'd rather stay home". ;) Although I've been lucky enough to only encounter one drunk driver (who hit the taillight of my old camaro and run me off the road), I'd think I'd rather be passed by a stoned guy- IF I had to encounter one on the road

Of course.... this is evident by the other thread "Drunk driver pulls over cop". When you're drunk you don't give a sh*t about anything, hell this guy pulled a cop over to arrest his drunk ***. If he was stoned he'd be going 5 under the speed limit with his eyes glued to the road paranoid that every set of headlights behind him was a state trooper. ;)
I roll my eyes at alcoholics too.... oh and btw, you can smoke recreationally and not be a pothead/stoner. If you drink socially does that make you an alcoholic? I used to be a stoner, then I had to withdraw from school because I had all F's.... now I smoke socially/recreationally and make straight A's in college. go figure
btw, lets not turn this into an "anti-pot" thread... I'm just simply collecting data. so far 9/10 agree with me [img]smile.gif[/img]

I Know a kid whos so burned out...and smokes so much pot..that hes totalled 2 cars under the influence of it..He almost died once and has enough metal holding parts of him together that we could probably build a geo metro. ALL you guys getting stoned,drunk,WHATEVER then gettin behind a wheel. I surely hope you get caught and they throw the book at you. I dont care if you smoke once in a while or everyday. It only takes ONCE to get somone hurt or killed...or kill yourself.
