Today at work someone rear ended me (in my work truck)sending me into the people in front of me.
I knew from the second I saw the people in the car behind me that they werent going to stick around. I tryed serveral times to get their info but couldn't get anything from him except his plate number. We told him to pull into the parking lot across the intersection and he took off before we could went in that lot and snuck out the back exit.
The cops have the plate number, make, model, and color. They ran the plate and it wasnt stolen and they know where he lives.
Could I be called to court over this? If I could whats the likelyhood I would be?
BTW I didn't get a ticket, I was sure I was going to get failure to control vehicle or some crap. But I got off lucky.
