It would be a bit tough for him to get the "black" 97 Camaro when in the description it reads:
    Exterior Color Blue

I honestly woyld not got any of those. They are a bit pricey for the miles that it has. i would just wait save some more money (That may be kinda hard I know)and wait for the new Camaro to come out in 2008-2010. But if you dont want to wait go for the 99 Camaro or GTP, well good luck on your decision.

I have to agree with Shirl. Those cars have too many miles on them. Unless you are able to make payments, buying something like that cash is a little pointless. I managed to get my 1995 Monte Carlo for about $2000 less than what all those are going for, and it only had 50k on the odometer.

I would suggest a public auto auction. You would be surprised what you may find there. Some people think that all you get at an auction is a bunch of crap cars, and that couldn't be farther from the truth. I've sat in at every major auction house in Indianapolis, both public and private, and have seen Camaros and Firebirds go for about the same price you are looking now with half the miles.
