Ever since I got a computer 9 years ago, I have had dial up access to the web. Slow, pointless, dialup. I ordered DSL last Thursday, got the hardware Tuesday, hooked it all up Wednesday, and today, finally had my DSL service activated. This **** is FAST. How did I go this long without some sort of high speed service? I can't believe how fast this stuff is. This will take time to get used to, I can actually start looking at half the stuff you people post now.

Yeah give it a month and you will forget what it was like to have dial up. I was going to get DSL but we have fiber in our lines and you can't get ADSL to go through fiber optic so we have Cable. I can't wait in till verzion gets there butts in gears and gets the fiber optic network set up that ish will be really fast like Gigs a second instead of Megs.1998 Navy Blue A4 Camaro (Sold)
MODS: Performance
Whisper airlid,K&N Filter, TSP Rumbler & Carsond cat.
Apperance:Xenon Airdam and clearcorners. http://www.cardomain.com/id/wilkcamaro98
2002 Dodge Ram Sport Silver 4.7 v8 stock.

I think it depends who the provider is and where your located. I heard once that cable is supposed to be faster but the cable companies will often over load their servers or something instead of upgrading over time. Too make room for new subscribers.
