  • Pictures of the new Camaro from NAIAS

This is the link from Leftlane (nice little blog) that from a leak at Road & Track have pictures of the new Camaro that is suppose to be unvailed tomorrow.

    http://www.leftlanenews.com/2006/01/...cept-revealed/

Mind you, I'm sure GM is not happy that R&T leaked these a day early, but at this time... I think it's safe to say it will come back.

The Camaro... I'm sure R&T will be scolded by GM but that article will show up again.

But... also from Leftlane... Not only does GM have to fight the new Mustang Shelby... but this:

Which.. In all honesty, does it's job.. envoke memories of a muscle car.

I think it would be foolish on GM's part to NOT release the new Camaro. I'm not worried, I think we will see it it 2008/2009, if not sooner.

Im not gonna say I like it just because its a Camaro, I'm not a Mustang guy but IMO A new Mustang GT looks better than that.

I will definantly buy one, if it stays true to its heritage. A low cost sports car with 4 seats, v8 power and rear wheel drive.

looks kidna like a magnum+mustang to me.

i was hoping for a curvey body style

the flat body looks more like a caddy than a chevy

                          heres the vid from r&t

Hmm, depending on the performance and how closely the production model matches this concept one, their may be a GTO for sale real soon. Well, I guess the build quality would have to be better then the current F-bodies too. We'll see, we'll see.

I'm sure the build quality will be better than our f-bodys (doesn't take much). GM has really been steping it up on that lately.

I like the raised section in the hood. Makes it look a lot more agressive. What I really don't like are the side windows. They seem to go on for days. Should be interesting to see how close this is to a production car in a year or two.
