    going to look at the silver 97 camaro tomorrow

    if i like it.. i'll be buying it in Cash.

    If i buy it.. first thing to be done is 96 tail lights, and Cai! over the weekend i'll be putting on my headers and full exhaust.. then im yank'n my 3 peice spoiler, getting it painted silver and putting it on the 97.

    the guy who is selling it is a nice guy and loves camaros. He said its garage kept, and he is only getting rid of it because he just recently got a 99 Z28 6speed.

    Hmm.. i wonder if he'll let me drive the z28 too. lol

                Nice car, definately better priced than all of the others. I would want t-tops though. But other than that, looks like it'll be good.

                  well the silver one i DID NOT Get.. engine was not so healthy and very hard to get into gear..

                  i LUCKED OUT THOUGH.. down the road we saw a 96 dark green metallic (?) camaro 5 speed with 85k miles. we talked to the guy, he went in, got a carfax report for us.. he is original owner. ALL HIGHWAY MILES.. which isnt much for a 96. transmission shifts sooo nice. engine runs very strong. even had the green stuff in the radiator..not the dexcool crap. car was sitting for about a month he said but once it started up it felt stronger than my old car did.. cant wait to mod it..

                  Oh yea we grabbed it for 3k. paint isnt in the BEST condition but with some tlc it will be looking nice. im gonna buy back my rs from insurance and take out the motor and keep it and build it up. already got the okay from the rents.

                  i'll get pics up shortly after i call the insurance company and get it insured.. oh yea.. it has a cracked windshield.. no biggie.. since we are dropping this insurance company im gonna use them for all i can. lol..
