friend one: owns a GT tiburon and got 2.5" catbacks and 4" tips (LOL). says he's getting like 10 HP from it and gained .2 seconds at the track. he doesnt have any other mods.

friend two: owns a 2000 tundra (V8). he wants to get a supercharger, and according to the site he looked at it will add 118 HP. i laughed and told him that it would after major work on the engine, exhaust/intake, and about 20 pounds of boost; but he doesnt believe me.

whats so hard to believe about that? the engine shouldnt need that much work. those 4.7 engines seem to be pretty strong stock. probably not 118 but he'd see significant power gains none the less.

as far as the tibby. thats probably true on youre buddies part.

The tiburon I got to say is probally true. Or he is finnally learning how to drive it. I have seen flux in .2 in a quarter mile. The tundra I have no clue about.

hell, I got 3 tenths in the 1/4 from just the AIT resistor mod and a set of underdrive pullies. and I have several people on this site that can testify that my times are not BS.

no, see he looked at a web page that said his car runs a 15.3 1/4 time. then he said "my car probably runs a 15.1 after the exhaust"

it was an SSA 2.5" catback with 4" tips.
