    well as far as using the Isuzu engine it isn't entirely impossible, that's where the deisel engine they put in the heavy duty pickups came from. The engines are Isuzu and the transmissions are done by allison.

        yeah but that's hardly in the same pricerange. that's more of a german competitor.

            The CTS-V !!! </font>[/QUOTE]And the Sky, Solstice, Impala SS (303hp albeit FWD), Monte SS (same as Impala), G6 GXP (projected 275hp or so), Grand Prix GXP, SSR, Trailblazer SS, STS-V, XLR-V just for some off the top of my head. Plus the others that are still in the pipeline for after 2006 (Camaro replacement Zeta coupe).

            It's going to be a pretty cool time to be an enthusiast as there is going to be pretty much going to be a performance car for almost every market.

                Ah, but there's plenty of people who want performance FWD cars too. Besides, someone tossed in the SRT-4 which is FWD and a turbo 4 [img]smile.gif[/img] .
