CTS-V and Corvette at dealer

Well yesterday I was at a local dealership looking at what they had to offer. First I looked at a red GTO. It was pretty nice, but nothing special. I think like $36k.

Then on to the 04 C5s. They were nice, but the dealer wanted, ok get this $50k for a 6sp COUPE! You gotta be kidding me! That's highway robbery!

The next car I looked at was a CTS-V. I liked it more than the GTO, and it obviously has more power, etc. I just wonder how much it weighs. Maybe I'll look that up later. They wanted $52k for it, which isn't too much more than what I had read they cost.

Anyway, I'm not buying from there. I bet they don't even come with vaseline on those type of deals! :eek:

yeah, we got discounted 04 vettes new for $31,500 around here, alot of the dealers are trying to get rid of them. Thats a good price for the cts-v, each dealer is only getting 2 to start so there is a slight markup. Gto is kinda high, i see them for $30k around here
