Whats with all the locking?

You know one of you will probably lock this - but it should stay open in order to allow you guys to communicate to us what is SOO unreasonable lately that all these posts are being locked.

Yes, some of them I can understand - but some of the locks are silly. Jess's, Charles', that girl's who was pouring out her love, that guy w/ his mom getting ****ed... these may have been worthless posts - but no more worthless than a lot of the other posts that go down in the lounge.

I think its bull**** that all these are locked w/o explanation. Locking this one will prove nothing except that someone just has a stick up their asses!

i was thinking the same thing, i just see a lock on it no reason for it. i have also notice that some of the people closer to the mods/admins get away with posts the would noramaly be locked and flamed for posting useless stuff... lets be fair please.

i don't get why you can't post usless stuff in the lounge. like the post about pimp my ride, nothing wrong, and the girls post was cool nothing wrong with that one....

I usually add some type of disclaimer in the locked thread.

No one likes locked threads.... a brief explanation should suffice.

I know, ive never had a post locked, because i dont make pointless posts. But a week or two ago, my post about Ferraris being priced high that turned into a debate about Ferraris or Corvettes being a better performance machine got locked for no reason.

Honestly mods, this is an OFF TOPIC section. I can understand that personal attack posts, TOTALLY pointless posts, etc, will get locked, but when theres a decent debate thats going on, some of you are just power hungry to use that Lock button.

We all know you are moderators, you dont have to remind us. Leave the fun debates open, its like im in friggin kindergarden here.

Its not an Off Topic area anymore, its a "Rated G and no yelling" room.
