alright i just got my new motor trend like two days ago and it has all the new models in it for the coming years... i flip open and on page 45 it shows a picture of the new mustang convertible and then some custom mustang gt-r... ok now im gonna be completely open when i say i truely hate the mustang... and im not bein sarcastic... like the new mustang just sucks... makes me wonder what ford was thinkin when they went all retro... anyways thats not the point... i flip the page again and there it is... the new eclipse.. now i've always liked eclipses especially the second generation and almost bought one and woulda except i got a really good deal on my firebird and dont regret it at all... but anyways are you guys seein this... 260 horses from a stock eclipse!?!? and freakin look at it... it looks soooooo much better than the fugly a$$ third generation in my oppion... then i get to readin on and theyre gonna have a 650 watt rockford fosgate upgrade for the system!!! oh my goodness!!! i might be tradin up the firebird when these boys come out in 2006... damn i want one right now actually!!! sorry this is long but damn!!! talk to ya'll later...

I saw that at the AutoShow. Yeah, it looks so much better. Little bit like the 2nd gen. 3.8 and 260 hp. They plan on pitting this against Nissan Z.

It is ugly... And judging by how packed the NAIAS was, and how not one person was around the eclipse whenever I went by, im guessing the general population thinks its pretty ugly also.
