Well I went to court today for my 110 in a 55 and wreckless driving. Well the cop who had pulled me over and wrote me the ticket didn't radar me and I hadn't done anything illegal infront of him. Well they didn't supena the other cop so they didn't have any witnesses agianst me so it was dismissed because he didn't wanna continue because it would infringe on my right to a speedy trial. SO ya I'm happy on that one. :D

i did 115 in a 65 (on the freeway) and got pulled over, got a 46 dollar ticket for having the wrong address on my license. At least here in AL, the court date set on the UTC (Uniform Traffic Citation) is more for the defendant than the law enforcement officer who wrote it. You can contest the ticket, & the judge will schedule a new court date, and the LEO will get a subpoena to show up for the new date. Can't speak for other states, though.
