divorce...slowly moving on

Just curious to know who all here has gone through a divorce and how well did you deal with it? I separated this past May and the divorce was final in August. I thought I was dealing with everything really well...even started seeing/dating a few people here and there which has helped but all of a sudden lately i've been feeling like sh#t. I guess you have your ups and downs as far as your emotions go...just hope the "time does heal" thing is true.

The only way to properly deal with it is to see a counselor.

BTW - Divorced 10 years ago July.
