I can never seem to find it around here in Massachusetts, I always have it when I go out to Vegas though and its awesome... I've lived up and down the East (New Hampshire, New York, PA, South Carolina, Arkansas, Florida) and never saw tri-tip until I came to Tucson. I guess back East it ends up as stew meat or ground beef..Drivetrain Moderator - "There are no stupid questions, only stupid people!"
