Well, I use to be a diehard fan of that show.. and I have no interest whatsoever to see the movie. Bo and Luke are butt ugly. [img]graemlins/barf.gif[/img] And Daisy has blonde hair.. I think they should have gotten the original characters and dolled them up for the movie. I know John Schneider must still be a hottie... [img]graemlins/naughty.gif[/img] My take is that it will be a flop also... cept' for the car of course. But those of you who see it can clue everyone else in cuz I won't be paying to see it... Yeah you're right. Bo and Luke are redneck pretty boys. Jessica is OK as Daisy Duke but the original is even hotter in those shorts.
Linda Carter still looks beautiful though. I'm glad she's in it and Willy Nelson. Burt Reynolds is cool.
The real star though is the car. Did you guys see the making and how many Dodge they trashed. They have to keep restoring it in the middle of the set. I would see the movie mostly because of the car.
i loved the show growing up. hell, i rarely ever missed an episode... but i dunno.. it does look a bit corny.. the casting coulda been a lot better. and i just cringe whenever i see hollywood wreck an irreplaceable muscle car. i mean, cant they just smash hondas? id enjoy seein that.. lol.. but yeah, count me in on those that are somewhat eagerly awaiting the movie's release...

This is a movie to see on the bigscreen IMO, plot is gonna be cheesy(always was in the show) but its going to have badass car scenes....
