I don't know for sure but is the car in your name? If so I'd get it in writing that she is gonna pay for it. I watched alot of judge judy/ judge joe brown shows between classes, and learned a lesson [img]smile.gif[/img]

The car is in both of our names. I am going to write some kind of contract stating that she has to pay me x amount of dollars by the 5th of each month. If I do not receive the money by that time, I can take the car back until she pays me that amount. We have agreed to this.


I want to thank everyone for taking the time to read, give opinions, and give well wishes for both April and I. It means alot to us that we have some good friends on this board. Maybe by AIS things will be different between April and I, but for right now, she needs to be alone and on her own and find out what life is really like by yourself.
