in years past, as one of many youthful indescressions, I was in my T/A and the occupants in the car in front of me decided to extenguish 2 cigareetees on my car @ 60. I ended up passing them & they wore my wendy's frosty. I held on to the cup, as I didn't want to litter.

Drive if you are gonna drive, otherwise pull the hell over. I think smoking is dumb, but that is beside the point. People should just drive and pay attention to that.

Haha, I was just glancing thru and that made me laugh out loud here at work.

Seriously, I could care less if you smoke in your car, whatever, but if you toss the cig out the window, you're a scumbag in my eyes. Goes for throwing it on the lawn, or on the sidewalk too. Hope the smokers here have more brains then that.

This crap is getting out of hand. You want to ban smoking in cars? Fine, then ban makeup, beverages, noisy children in the back seat, distracting roadside advertisements posted on billboards, planes flying overhead, taking pets in the car with you, snacks...

It's so stupid. I don't even smoke anymore (well, on occasion, I've probably smoked a pack in the last 6 months), and I think it's outrageous.

Just another case of the government sticking their nose in where it does'nt belong.

I supported the smoking ban in public places here in New York, but a person's car is their own private domain. Stay the F' out of it!
