Time to be done with the 6 I think. KBB and Edmunds all say an early LS1 with around 80k and most options should go private party for between 8-10 grand. Most of the ones I see for sale around here (SF Bay Area) are like 2-3k above that. I've put in a few offers around KBB value on some cars, even a few that have been for sale for months, and the owners always turn it down. Are they really worth that much or are people just jaded?

It all depends on condition. I wouldn't sell mine for less than $13k but it's in near showroom condition and only has 49k.Trucks
\'05 Dodge 3500 Dually Cummins Turbo Diesel
\'98 Dodge 2500 4x4 360 V8 (Wife\'s)
Toys
\'81 Chevy K10 Stroker/Swampers/Custom Suspension/1-Tons/Beadlocks
\'99 Camaro Z28 6 Spd, T-tops, Borla

Real trucks don\'t have spark plugs

Its common around here for LS1's to go for nothing less than 10,000 dollars. Thats why i picked up an LT1, figured i could be just as quick or quicker, and save some cash.Black \'94 Trans Am A4- SLP CAI & Loudmouth
Red \'93 Firebird A4- Ram Air under the WS6 hood, !cat, exhaust.
