we had a guy go off with his buddies doing something similar. the day before he left for the military, he went and bought a bunch of fruit. then he and his friends drove around throwing it at pedestrians and children. we took a report from everyone who got hit.

i think in total, we had something like 7 offenses and 4 of those were children. injury to a child is a felony offense in texas. almost a year later, we filed all our cases on the guy. he got a dishonorable discharge from the military and several years in prison.

it may seem like a good idea when in fact....it's far from it.

Stupid people...why shoot at kids?...I saw a video where some stupid ***** went out and shot at pedestrians relaxing on a bench or riding a bike...I told my self, they deserve to be shot with a real gun...because that sucks..minding your own business and then out of nowhere you get shot by paintballs...what goes around comes around..and I feel no pitty for them...F*** Em'

I think I saw that video on real tv. The dumb***** taped themselves and that got used as evidence against them in court.lol
