With all the hoopla of late with accusations of steroid use by superstar baseball players, who here is tired of it? As an avid baseball fan I despise those who are breaking records in their 40's after they've put on 30 pounds of muscle. But I think it's ludacris for a Congressional Committee to be involved. Precious time and money (yours) is being spent on this. Let the Major League and Bud Selig work this out. It's getting old and other things should be addressed with our money.
And best of all, the committee is basically being paid to prove nothing. The only thing they have accomplished is bringing the situation public so the media can claw away at it's next big story. It's no secret who has done steriods. The players can deny it all they want, but at some point or another most big named superstars have taken steriods. How will they stop teenagers from taking steroids when everything the professionals have taken are legal over-the-counter drugs? Go figure.
