Yeah I don't think the tuition problems in CA are really a national political problem, its more of a state problem... we're dumbasses and bury ourselves in debt [img]smile.gif[/img]
All I can say is this ****in degree better pay for itself with a well paying job or I'm going to blow something up.

Speaking of blowing something up, my school is building not 1, not 2, not even 3, but 4 brand new buildings in the physical science area that are GIGANTOR (if that is a word) in size... where do they get the funding for that? I know John, whos name is on the "John V. Creul Hall" building didn't pay for the WHOLE thing himself just to put his name on it...
Plus building a new multi-level parking structure on top of that. But that school needs parking up the wazoo, 45-5,000 freshman on campus, about 17,000 commuters [img]graemlins/barf.gif[/img]

yeah, it kills me how tuition is being hiked for new football stadiums... and so they can hire different fat lunch ladies for the dining halls. Really, if Tech wasn't spending millions and millions on the sporting facilities that were pretty damn nice to begin with, maybe they could give us students a bit of a break?
