I actually got the board out to prove this. Mind you, it's called fool's checkmate for a REASON: you have to be a pretty big FOOL...
Again, it's for black only. white takes 3 moves.
White: K Bishop Pawn to K Bishop 3 (or :4)
Black: K Pawn to K 3 (or 4)
White: K Knight Pawn to K Knight 4
Black: Q to K Pawn 5.
