    Man i just had to tell everyo ne about this engine the thing is so freaking huge it was a buddy of mines he has a true 10.5 camaro and he was running a 406 and he finally got he 572 today its supposed to make 850 at the flywheel and he thinks he can run prob 4.90 on juice the install was pretty eay just really tight we had to convert to rack and pinon steering to allow the hearders to fit but thats about it ill let yall know how he runs later this weekend

      572 is a sweet engine indeed. I thought they put out 720hp?? Either way gonna be a kick *** beast.

        yes, its around 720 i think but hey, if he did mods, have fun.

          Nice engine, but no way.

          If your making a claimed 850, youll be low 9's, and with like another 300 shot of nos youll be like mid to slightly low 8's

                  We put the BBC502ZZ engine in a '55 since the 572 was back-ordered.

                  I'm glad to hear that GM finally is shipping them now.

                      620 hp 5,500 rpm's
                      650 tq at 4,500 rpm's

                        lol sorry it is the 1/8th lol he wish it was the 1/4 though. He had a machine shop build it and they said it would prob make 850 with all the **** he got done to it well see when he takes it back for a dyno run.hes heads are going give him alout i havnt seen many p;p heads but i think he has soem good ones i could almost stick my 3 big finers through them thats how big they were. were finshing **** up tonight and hope to get it started by 8 tonight but well see ill keep you posted if verything goes good later

                            well after a hard and long day we finally got her running. she sounds great we already got the timing down and tweaked with her a little. we plan to take it to redline tomm night just for test/tune. i cant wait to see what i runs hes running n/a tomm night so were hoping 5.50 or below ill let yall know
