  • My Bodybuilding website is "UP"

    www.hitbodybuilding.com

I took it down for awhile and used a different Domain. I added even more information and details to it. Esp. for women, nutrition and more on the workout frequency.

I hope you guys appreciate it. I literally put a lot of sweat and blood into it. Also, I don't look like that anymore. Just in case you guys are wondering. I've been injured so many times now that I can't bring up my intensity. But I am a working progress.

Let me know what you guys think.

No problem, just ask any question. I'll be more than happy to help. In a way it keeps me active in this use to be obsession of mine.

I'm also trying to get the ladies interested in it. Since most of people I trained in the past were mostly ladies.

You can see I'm not trying to make money out of it. Everything is free.

I love it. I read over it completely around Christmas time, and I'm re-reading now. I really want to find a good HIT book to get, so I can read more indepth about it. Do you have any suggestions?

            Thanks.

I would highly recommend "High Intensity Training with Mike Mentzer," by John Little. And, "Blood and Guts" by Dorian Yates.

Not all HIT advocate are the same though. You may have to decipher which principles and training methods would work best for you.

Which ever you go though, HIT training is the best there is.

You've got to diet down to see those abs and 30 mins. of aerobics 3x a week.

If you want to tone them really fast. I would recommend this:

                    1. 50 Ab Crunches
                    Supersetted with
                    2. 20 Leg Raises

That'll get your abs burning and tone up really quick.

When I do the leg raises that means to start laying flat on my back and just lift my legs straight into the air right? and just doing the superset with 50 + 20 crunches/lerg raises will work to get the man muscle? Thanks for your advice

Yes, lay down on the floor. Your hands should be below your butt, and your shoulder blades off the floor. Now bend your legs slightly and then raise it perpendicular to the floor.

If you're in good shape, try doing this without stopping. Just go back and forth with crunches and leg raises 3x 50/25. You should get a good burning sensation.
