Thanks Camarorulz. I wish you the best.

the bandit, whatever your goal is, stick with it. Running is fine but monitor and see if it will interfere with your weight training and physical progress.

Since you are somewhat new at this, it won't make an inroad to recuperative abilities. Once you start feeling burned out and progress is slow, cut back.

Be sure to diet so you can get your 6 pack really quick. And you do your crunches, be sure your shoulder is off the floor. Only your ab should move and nothing else. Do this 3x a week. If it's too much, do it 2x a week. Good luck.

I've never tried Hydrocut but I know of others. Some say it works and some say it doesn't. It's up to you. It doesn't hurt to give it a try. Good eating is ofcourse way better than any supplements out there.

There's also a Chinese Herbal tea that really gives you a kick and spikes up metabolism. I forgot the name of it. It really wakes you up and it's stronger than caffiene. GNC clerk might know what it is. It great for workouts.

I wouldn't recommend taking Creatine unless you want to bulk up. Creatine makes you retain water in your muscles and subcutenously. When I was on Creatine, I retained a lot of water on the sides of my abs.

When you're ready building your muscles and you're not too concern with your definition, then I would recommend Creatine. As well as Whey Protein, and Multi-vitamins and minerals.
