Yeah man don't worry about it. If the car behind you tried to signal to you or get you to pull over then he may have been mad. But if everyone just kept driving im sure you have nothing to worry about. Besides, that person may have not been from where you live so he might not even know which police dept to call. No worries.
As long as you didn't kill anyone, you're good. Basically since they didn't call your plates in then, and the police didn't see you do it, you'll be fine.
